Staff Accountant

Are you looking for a place where you can enhance your technical accounting skills while being part of a supportive team environment?

As a staff accountant at our company, you’ll perform advanced accounting, tax, and audit tasks to support the completion of tax, audit review, and compilation engagements.

With the help and guidance of our experienced management and access to the latest tools and technology, you’ll have the opportunity to continue learning and growing as an accountant. Responsibilities

Work with a dedicated team to complete projects and tasks
Continuously develop technical skills on the job and through continuing education
Draft client reports and documents work
Study, evaluate, and report on client internal accounting controls
Perform research on accounting principles and client questions
Build strong working relationships at peer and client levels

Job Qualifications

Minimum one year in public accounting or tax preparation experience. Licensed enrolled agent is a plus
Must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting and are working toward certification
Certification (preferred): licensed CPA in the State of WA or have a reciprocal license preferred but not required

Aptitudes

A team player with a positive attitude, always ready to tackle challenges
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Solid verbal and communication skills
